The JPC Live System is how we organise a live production from the first conversation to the final delivery. Your producer brings the technical plan, presenters and audience experience together.
02 / Prepare the people and content
We build the production plan around the running order. Your team supplies approved content and speaker details; we coordinate the agreed technical checks, rehearsal, camera coverage, audio and graphics.
03 / Connect the whole experience
We check the route from stage to screen: venue audio, cameras, streaming destination, captions and audience participation. Five 5G connections, with Starlink outdoors, give us options beyond the building’s internet. For the audience, we set up the branded event page, registration and reminders, and parallel rooms where the programme needs them.
04 / Broadcast with a team on the controls
Your production crew runs the show. Clear cues connect the director, presenters, graphics and audience moderator. The agreed backup plan gives the team a way to respond when something changes.
05 / Deliver what comes next
We hand over the recordings and other deliverables agreed in your quote. Questions, activity results and feedback can inform your follow-up and make the next event better. The attendance report shows who registered, who watched and for how long.
