For an event brief, the terms often describe the same aim: delivering a live video broadcast to an online audience. Tell your producer whether people only need to watch or also need to ask questions, speak or access a replay.
The quote depends on duration, location, camera and crew requirements, remote speakers, internet provision and audience participation. Send the event date, venue, approximate running time and the experience you want to create. JPC will scope the production before quoting.
Yes. Start with the agenda and the needs of each audience. Hybrid events can require two-way audio, remote presenters and moderated questions as well as a broadcast feed. These should be included in the production plan.
