Keep your presenters focused on the conversation. Our Melbourne team handles cameras, sound, slides and the broadcast, with live captions included and audience questions planned into the session.
A useful webinar has a clear purpose, a well-prepared presenter and an easy way for viewers to follow along. Before choosing a platform, we establish who needs to watch, whether the event is live or recorded, and how people will participate.
01
Plan the presenter experience
Tell us how many speakers are joining and where they will be. A presenter in the studio needs a different setup from a guest joining from a laptop. The brief should cover camera position, microphone choice, slide delivery, speaker cues and a technical check before the session.
02
Make slides and conversation work together
Decide what the audience needs to see during each part of the webinar: a speaker, a full-screen slide or a conversation between panellists. Supply presentation files and any pre-recorded video in advance so the production can be planned around the content.
03
Choose a useful level of participation
A moderated written Q&A may be enough for a presentation. A workshop may need participants to speak. These are different workflows, so registration, moderation, remote contributions and accessibility should be agreed before invitations go out.
We can discuss an office, venue, remote or studio production. The location needs suitable sound, lighting, internet and enough time for setup. Share the address and room details so we can scope it.
Can we record a webinar for later?+
Include recording and replay delivery in the brief. Agree whether you need the complete session, a trimmed recording or shorter extracts, and where viewers will access them.
How much does webinar production cost in Melbourne?+
Duration, presenter numbers, locations, production crew and participation requirements all affect the quote. A straightforward studio presentation and a multi-location panel need different resources. Send the brief for a tailored scope.
