Start with the audience and work back to the production. Your JPC producer guides the technical preparation; your team brings the event goals, speakers, content and approvals.
Before rehearsal: prepare the show
Your team supplies approved slides, speaker names, videos and a running order. We coordinate the agreed camera, sound, connection and presenter checks. Decide who moderates questions and who approves any last-minute changes.
Before going live: test the full journey
Check the experience from the audience’s point of view: joining, sound, captions, questions and mobile participation. Confirm backup actions, on-air cues and the recording plan with the people responsible for each.

Your organiser owns the programme. JPC helps translate it into a production running order with technical cues and agreed responsibilities.
What should we do after the event?+
Confirm the agreed recording delivery, review audience feedback and note improvements for the next session. If you need an attendance or training report, define its requirements before the event.
