Time and crew shape the production
A short broadcast can still need load-in, sound checks and rehearsal. Tell us the venue access window as well as the on-air duration. Multiple rooms, more cameras and longer operating hours change the crew plan.

Know what your quote covers.
Start with the event you need to deliver. We recommend a production scope and confirm the crew, equipment, preparation and deliverables before you book.
Scope the audience experience
Live captions are included as standard. Event-page setup, audience tools, remote guests and access arrangements are confirmed in your quote. Specialist voting and learning-system integrations need their own scope.
Agree what happens afterwards
A recording, individual session files and edited highlights are different deliverables. Decide what your team needs, the required formats and the delivery schedule so there are no assumptions after the event.
