Plan the day from the viewer’s seat.

A conference changes pace throughout the day. A keynote needs readable slides. A panel needs clear microphones and quick camera changes. A break needs useful information on screen. We plan each part so online attendees can follow the event without guessing what happens next.

01

Keynotes, slides and panel discussions

We agree camera positions with the venue and check the feed from the presentation computer. Speaker names, session titles and holding slides are prepared in advance. For panels, every speaker needs a clear microphone and the host needs a simple way to take online questions.

02

Concurrent sessions as breakout rooms

Several rooms mean several productions. Each room on air gets its own stream, questions, polls and producer page, as a breakout room of the main event. Delegates register once, then move between rooms from tabs on the event page, and your producer can prompt everyone back for the next keynote. We scope the crew and equipment per room.

03

A useful recording after the conference

Decide whether you need one full recording, individual sessions or short highlights. Speaker permissions, slide use, naming and captioned replay requirements are easier to settle before the day. We confirm the recording and editing deliverables in your quote.

YOUR QUESTIONS, ANSWERED

Before you book.

Can you stream several conference rooms at once?+

Yes. Each room runs as a breakout room of the main event, with its own stream, audience tools and producer. One registration covers every room, and attendance is recorded per room. How many rooms can be on air at once depends on the crew, encoders and streams for each room; we confirm that in your quote.

Can you work with the conference AV team?+

Yes. We agree microphone feeds, presentation outputs, screen content and responsibilities with the venue or AV supplier, then test those connections before the event.

Are captions included throughout the conference?+

Live captions are included as standard. We confirm the caption feed and player controls for each streaming destination during preparation.
