Your event link becomes the registration page. People sign up with your questions, get a confirmation with a calendar invite and a personal join link, and a reminder before you go live. You see who registered and who watched.

PRODUCED BY THE JASPER PICTURE COMPANY PTY LTD
One link for the whole journey.
A registration tool, an email reminder service and a streaming page usually live in three places. We put them together: the address you share for sign-up is the same address people use to watch, and the people who registered are the people in your attendance report.
01
One link, before and during the event
Until someone registers, the event’s own address shows a branded sign-up page with the title, start time in the viewer’s own time zone, your introduction and the holding slide. Once they register, the same link opens the event. Use it on invitations, social posts, agendas and QR codes.
02
Ask what you need to know
Name and email are always asked. Add up to 12 questions of your own: a short answer, a choice of one, tick boxes, or a single “I agree” box for consent such as recording or privacy terms. Answers appear in the registration list and its CSV.
03
Places and a closing time
Set a limit on places and a closing time if you need them. The limit holds even when many people register at the same moment, and a cancellation frees a place. When registration is full or closed, the page says so clearly.
04
A confirmation that gets people there
Each person gets a confirmation email with a calendar invite for Outlook and Apple Calendar, a Google Calendar link and a personal join link. The link opens the event on any device, with no password or sign-in code. Reminders go out a day before and an hour before. People who register close to the start skip the earlier reminder.
05
Personal links that stay personal
Every email carries its own join link, and links can be cancelled. Typing someone else’s email into the form doesn’t sign anyone in as them: it sends that person their link again. Producers can resend a link or cancel a registration from the registration list.
06
Registered, then attended
The registration list shows who opened their join link and how many minutes each person watched, across every room of the event. Download it as a CSV to follow up the people who couldn’t make it, or to report attendance.
07
Works with invitations and breakout rooms
People on your invite list get in without registering, and your producers always can. For events with breakout rooms, one registration covers every room.

Who should see the registration list
How long to keep registration and attendance records
No. Their confirmation and reminder emails each include a personal join link that opens the event on any device. They can also sign in with a one-time code sent to the email address they registered with.
Can people register on the day?+
Yes, until your closing time. People who register while the event is running go straight in on the device they registered on, and their confirmation email lets them join from another device.
What happens when the event is full?+
The page shows that the event is full, and the limit holds even when many people register at once. If someone cancels, their place becomes available again.
Can people cancel?+
Yes. Every confirmation and reminder email has a cancel link. Producers can also cancel a registration from the registration list.
Can we charge for tickets?+
Registration is free for attendees today. If your event needs paid tickets, talk to us about the options for your event.
