Access designed around your community.

Corporations registered under the CATSI Act generally hold their AGM within five months of the end of the financial year, usually by 30 November. Members may live across many communities and regions, so we design meeting access with you.

01

Designed with you

We plan with you how members will join: a community venue, online, or both. The event page works on a phone, with captions.

02

Elections and other votes

With our formal meeting tools, members vote under your rule book, online or in the room after check-in, and each member’s vote counts once on each ballot.

03

Member questions

Questions from the room and the event page are kept on one register, with what happened to each.

04

Respecting your protocols

We plan filming, speakers and recordings with you and follow your guidance, including on what is recorded and shared.

A GOOD PLACE TO START

  • How members in each region will join
  • Your rule book’s voting and election rules
  • Cultural protocols for filming and recording
  • Who keeps the records

Live captions are included as standard. Accessible live streaming · Questions, polls and audience tools
