Make the update feel like a conversation.

A town hall is a chance to explain what is happening, hear questions and help people feel included. Start with what staff need to understand, then plan the presenters, slides, questions and replay around that purpose.

01

Leadership updates and organisation-wide briefings

Shape the session around a clear message and a practical running order. Include time for introductions, presentations and questions. Share slides, speaker names and any video inserts before the event so the production team can prepare.

02

Questions from across the organisation

Give staff a choice of written, audio or video questions. Your moderator reviews and approves the recordings, then production can cue the selected video or audio question and play it into the live stream. Agree who moderates, whether names can be hidden from other viewers, and how any live guest joins the conversation.

03

A replay for staff who cannot attend

Shift patterns and time zones mean some staff will watch later. Plan the recording, access period and replay location before the event. Live captions are included; captioned replay files, transcripts and edited highlights are confirmed in your quote.

YOUR QUESTIONS, ANSWERED

Before you book.

Can we use Teams or our existing platform?+

Tell us which tools your staff already use. We will discuss how the production feed, presenter contributions and audience questions can work with the chosen platform. Confirm access and technical requirements before sending invitations.

Can staff ask questions without appearing on camera?+

Yes. Moderated written questions let staff take part without switching on a camera. We help you plan who reviews the questions and how they reach the host.

Can the town hall include people in a room and online?+

Yes, the production can be scoped as a hybrid town hall. The plan needs to cover room sound and screens as well as the online broadcast, with a rehearsal for any two-way contributions.
