An awards broadcast moves between hosts, nominees, winner reveals and acceptance speeches. Your producer builds those moments into a clear cue sheet, with the right picture and sound ready for each handover.
Supply award categories, sponsor requirements, name pronunciations and approved graphics. Agree who holds the final winner list and who authorises each reveal. The production team follows that process so an on-screen announcement is timed with the host.
Nominee films, remote messages and walk-up music need testing alongside the microphones. We check file formats, sound levels and transitions, then rehearse key cues with the host. Tell us if a winner might join live from another location.
We plan camera positions around the stage, lectern and path taken by winners. Room screens may show different content from the online stream. We agree those outputs with your AV team and confirm recording or highlight-edit requirements in the quote.
