The demanding part is the questions.
A large fund can receive hundreds of questions before and during its AMM. Each one has to be kept, answered at the meeting or in writing, and published with the minutes. JPC’s question register keeps that record for your team while the broadcast runs.
Registration and personal links
Members register on your branded event page and receive a calendar invite, a personal join link and reminders. Attendance is recorded for your report.
Every question kept
Questions asked on the event page arrive in the register with their original wording, including any not shown on screen. Add questions sent in advance, by email, phone or post. Moderating what the audience sees never removes a question from the record.
Answered live, or in writing
Mark each question as answered at the meeting, to be answered in writing, outside the meeting’s scope, or the same as another. Assign written answers to people in your team: they draft, and your coordinator approves.
A Q&A ready to publish
Export the approved questions and answers as a document for your minutes and website, with repeated questions combined and names left out unless you choose otherwise. The full register and audit trail stay with your records.

Before you book.
What timing applies to an AMM?+
Generally, the notice goes out within six months of the end of the financial year and at least 21 days before the meeting, and the minutes, including answers the trustee must provide, are available within one month afterwards. Small funds have exemptions. Confirm what applies to your fund with your advisers; we build the production plan around it.
Can members send questions before the meeting?+
Yes. Questions received in advance, by email, phone or post go into the same register as live questions, so every question is tracked through to an answer.
Does this cover our annual financial report?+
No. Lodging audited financial reports with ASIC and making them public is a separate document obligation. We look after the members’ meeting: the broadcast, the questions and the record of answers.
