PRODUCED BY THE JASPER PICTURE COMPANY PTY LTD

Reporting to the community, not a shareholder vote.

Under the Health Services Act, Victorian public hospitals and health services hold annual public meetings, generally between July and December unless a later date is approved. The focus is clear public reporting, which suits a well-produced presentation with films and captions.

01

Presentations and films, produced together

Board chair and chief executive presentations, patient and staff stories on film, and slides your audience can read. We rehearse the running order with your team.

02

Open to your community

Stream publicly or with registration. Live captions are included, and the replay stays available for people who couldn’t attend.

03

Questions from the community

Take questions on the event page and in the room. With our formal meeting tools, the question register keeps each one and records whether it was answered on the day or followed up.

04

At your venue or campus

Our crews produce the meeting at your venue, and a hybrid meeting can bring in speakers from other sites.

YOUR QUESTIONS, ANSWERED

Before you book.

When are annual public meetings held?+

Generally between July and December, unless a later date is approved. Your governance team confirms the date and requirements; we plan the production around them.

Can we include short films?+

Yes. Pre-recorded patient, staff and service stories play cleanly into the stream and the room, with captions.

Can people ask questions without attending?+

Yes. Viewers ask on the event page. Questions are moderated before they reach the screen, and none are lost along the way.
