Turn on the named viewing report

Record who watched on other kinds of player, and choose how many days to keep viewing records.

The named viewing report records who watched on other kinds of player. It also sets how long viewing records are kept. This page is for producers.

Steps

1. On the producer page, open Reports, records and access, then the Viewing report tab.
2. Under Named viewing report (other players), switch on Named viewing report.
3. In Keep reports for this many days, type how long to keep viewing records. It can be from 1 to 365 days. It starts at 90.
4. Choose Save reporting settings.

Download the report

Choose Download viewing CSV to save it as a spreadsheet file.

Good to know

• Your own watching as a producer isn't counted.
• After the number of days you chose, viewing records are deleted by themselves.
