Download the video

Download your event recording as an MP4 video file.

You can download a recording of your event as an MP4 file. MP4 is a common video file that plays on most computers and phones. This page is for producers.

From the producer page

1. Open the producer page for the event.
2. In the Live channel box, find the recording under Recordings from Castr.
3. Choose Download MP4.

From the events list

1. Go to your events list.
2. Choose … next to the event, then Recordings.
3. Choose Download next to the recording you want.

Good to know

• Recordings appear a minute or two after the stream stops.
• Some events use a different video service. On those, Download MP4 first prepares the file. Choose it again shortly, when it says the file is being prepared. It works for recordings under 4 hours. See Make captions and clips.
