Sign out

Sign out when you've finished, especially on a shared computer.

When you sign in with an email code, you stay signed in for 14 days on that device. If you're using a shared or public computer, always sign out when you're done, so the next person can't use your sign-in.

Steps

1. On the event page, open the More & help tab.
2. Next to "On a shared computer?", choose Sign out.
3. The page reloads, and you're signed out.

Producers can also choose Sign out at the top of the events list.

• To sign in again, follow Sign in with an email code.

• Guest passes (name only) last 24 hours and only work for one event.
