Check why you can’t vote
What it means when the app says your email isn’t on the register of members.
This page helps if you're signed in but can't vote.
You might see this message in the MEMBERS' VOTING panel:

Why it happens
- You signed in with an email that isn't on the register. For example, you used a work email but the register has your home email.
- You're on the register but not entitled to vote at this meeting. For example, your fees aren't paid.
- You registered to watch, or joined with your name. That doesn't give you a vote.
What to do
- Check the email you signed in with. If it's the wrong one, sign out and sign in again with the email on the member register. See Sign out and Sign in with an email code.
- If you think you should be able to vote, contact the meeting's secretary.
Good to know
- You can still see the resolutions, and watch the meeting.
- If you hold someone's proxy, sign in with the email address the secretary has for you as the proxy holder. See Vote as someone's proxy.
