What you see before the event starts

The holding slide, the countdown and the start time in your own time zone.

If you open the event early, you'll see a picture instead of the live video. This page explains what you see and what to do while you wait.

While you wait

  1. Leave the event page open. You don't need to refresh it.
  2. Look at the box on the video. It shows the start date and time in your own time zone, with a countdown such as "Starts in 2 days 13 h".
  3. In the last minute, the countdown changes to "Starting soon".
  4. When the event team is ready, the live video takes the place of the holding slide by itself.
