Track attendance and quorum

See who is present and whether the meeting has a quorum, on the Overview tab.

Quorum is the smallest number of members needed for a meeting to make decisions. The Overview tab shows whether you have one.

What the Overview shows

how many are present, including proxies;
how many of those are in person, online and by proxy;
how many are needed for quorum;
how many members are entitled to vote;
"The meeting is quorate." or "The meeting isn't quorate yet."

Good to know

Online members count as present while their voting page is open.
Each member is only counted once.
Members at the venue count once they're checked in. See Check members in at the venue.
